The diagonal wording is Russian for China.

The first world on the postmark of the first stamp translates as Shanghai. Any idea what the second word and initials are?

The second word looks like "Zairan" or "Zagran" but I'm not sure. I see there is a Zairan chemical company in Shanghai.

The letters "P.K." stand for "pochtovaya kontora" meaning "post office".

Very nice cancel of the first stamp!
I do believe it means "zagran" which is abbreviation of word "zagranichnaya" which means "abroad",so it would be "zagranichnaya pochtovaya kontora" - Post office abroad - Shanghai.
