This is a stamp that I have had for awhile, I dont know much about it.
Mayby some one on the forum can tell a little bit more about it.
when was this stamp made, too bad it is in such condition it is.

Looks like a postal cut square. Probably find in the Scott's Specialized catalogue, doesn't seem to be in the regular book.

It is a cutout from an envelope.

In the 2007 Scott US Specialized catalog, it is Philippines #U41(19Jun1935) and valued at 25c for used.
