I am getting deeper into France and would like some recommendations for further resources. Further than my SG catalogue, that is!
Specifically I am interested in the french definitives - Mariannes, Sowers, etc., and postmarks, but general info would also be welcome.
Could be catalogues, books or websites.
Prefer in English, but my French is passable.
If anyone has any catalogues or books to sell or trade, that would be great also.

I believe (I don't have one myself (yet)) that for France the Yvert et Tellier catalogues are good. Maury catalogues are good too.

On Delcampe seems to be a lot of special literature about France stamps and cancels.

There is a special web site that has lots of info and picture on France cancels (I lost the link, try Googling).

The 2011 Maury is excellent and reasonably priced. I think I paid £20 recently.
Between the Maury and Y+T pretty much everything is covered.

Please find some of my favourite sites below.

Merci beaucoup, mes amis!

I had seen the first of AnthonyUKs links, but not the other two. Great stuff! And I had never heard of Maury.

Time to expand the library...
