There was a time when I would write silly Stamp-related odes that made even the most sane reader squirm with embarrassment.
So get squirming !
HOW OLD AM I ?How old am I ?, I wish I knew,
I must be more than 22,
Collecting stamps since '91,
It sure has been a lot of fun,
Take 10% of 99 and add .1 and twenty,
If your Maths is on the ball,
You'll see I'm years-a-Plenty,
Now take that number cut in half,
And add two score and seven,
And if you double that [but don't],
You'd meet me up in heaven,
My age you'll get, just minus five,
You'll see, I'm very much alive,
For work and family supported,
And all those lovely stamps, Unsorted !
