Here's an odd one (I think) up for auction right now on KMP (the auction ends in 40 minutes with no bids). It's 3 Mexican 5c with official over print. But what I can't figure is why bisect 3 stamps, when two of the bisects will equal 1 stamp?
Well, it didn't sell. Starting bid was $19.95. These are just on a piece, not even a complete cover. I think a little suspect, but then I have little to go on. Just seemed a strange practice, to me.
