My current guess is Syria, but I can't find this stamp in the front or back of Scott's Syrian section. I also scoured Libya. Any ideas? Also, does "droit fiscal" indicate this is a tax stamp or something else?
It would be tempting to add to the set, but I have plenty of cheaper stuff to work on for a long time. Also, I have no price reference for this type of stamp.
