The Romania Scott #250 has a value of 10, but this stamp is 1..Could it be an error stamp? Thnx....Cliff

This is an 1921 issue, value 1 Leu (1 Leu=100 Bani), 4 shades (I`ll translate them, who knows: pink, `worn` red, `rose` red, `glowing` red - from a Romanian stamp catalogue-2006). Don`t have Scott, probably confused with the 10 bani lower denomination from the 1920 issue (similar shades:-carmine red, `rose` red, bright red).
