Interesting. Don't collect Britain, though I had a bunch of Victorias that I sold via ebay last year. Never had anything older than 1880 (except for a couple of penny reds) so was unaware how they printed the plate number on the stamp like that.
As a side note, looking at some of the images of the stamps I sold, there were a couple of gems in there. Had the makings of a nice Victoria GB collection. Shoulda coulda woulda I suppose.

Hi, the stamp type is as stated above by jamesw, I don't know the Scott reference but the rest is ok.
The postmark is a Duplex from the London Inland Office used for letters going outside London or just passing through it. (Internal London post was called the London District post, and these have numbers in a circle or oval inside a similar arrangement of printed bars). There is no apparent understanding of the use of the different numbers, the series runs from 1 to 108, and the horizontal bar designs vary. The fact that it has two impressions would indicate that it had another stamp next to it, as the rule in the sorting office was that each stamp would be postmarked. Hope you find more.

Because of the shifting yo the left of the design and showing a bit of the next stamp in the pane this one would be called a misperf or mis-perforation, which I enjoy personally. Thanks for showing.

Nice cancels too, yup.

To determine position in the plate of stamps (usually 12 rows by 20 columns) you use the bottom letters on the stamp, in this case an I and a K.

Put there to help prevent cutting stamps apart and using different parts of stamps not showing the cancel to make one whole stamp.
