In June 23, Linns some buffoon with more money than he knows what to do with paid $525,000 for an inverted overprint on a Russian stamp..wouldnt it nice if he donated a similar amount to a charity ?

Greg, enjoy the stamp..get a special vault built in your home to protect it...Or..insure it through the APS insurance rep..although he may want you to build a special vault for protection !!

You're right ,Phil! That guy could have donated some of it right here or a small portion of it here for this great forum.

Diane ? I was told the French Canadians and the people in France do not have that much to do with one another..or are you talking heritage from way back ?

I agree. I met some very nice French people and everywhere they were most kind and helpful.
But I was robbed by Asian Immigrants who have taken it upon themselves to become thieves in their adopted country. They should be ashamed of themselves. They are a disgrace to the French nation and it's people. If this is the way to say "thank you for saving my life", then why the heck am I working so hard.

Oops! we should be talking about Inverted overprints on Russian stamps !!

Hey phil

I guess it depends on what kind of French Canadian you're talking about. I'm Acadian ( from the maritime provinces)and we get along quite nicely with the French, but then again we get along with just about anybody.
