I don't know how many SCF members may be aware of this site, but I found a number of the "Did You Know?" facts about stamps fascinating, so I thought I'd share the link:

Would make a good thread putting the appropriate images on here for each of the questions.

@DDREISBA, I assume by context "HRL" is something related to the link provided by the Original Poster?

I tried the link mentioned in the original posters post, did not open for me.

But what does your abbreviation stand for?

I looked but could not figure it out online searching?

I assume that ddreisba meant URL, which is Universal Resource Locator, or the web address, i.e. http://stampez.com. Anyway the site seems no longer available, but you can get it on the WayBackMachine archive:

https://web.archive.org

Type in stampez.com and go to sometime in 2011.

I cannot post a direct link.

Yes, I meant URL. To me, these computer abbreviations are Greek. Sorry to mislead.

@DDREISBA, thank you!

Computer people get upset with me when I ask questions about simple computer problems.

But like it says at the top of this page "Education is the key to collector success", so I keep trying to educate myself about computer.

Good luck
