This summer, after years of concentrating 85% of time on US, I decided to expand, so decided to concentrate on Canada as a starter. I won the following on ebay, paying around 35 cents per stamp (this is about half of the stamps - obviously I now have trading material)
Questions: Are the blocks in image 1 considered plate blocks? Is there a premium for such? I do not have an up-to-date catalogue - whixch would be best to get - Scott vol 2 or the Unitrade?
