Found this little glassine & 6 gummed labels tucked away in a stock sheet.

This is from sometime between 1937, when the "Sky Zephyr" was introduced, and 1945 when the route was extended to NYC.

Thanks for your comments, and londonbus1, I'll keep that in mind. Sometime I will have to start parting with these items and if I can build on what I really collect, that would be great.

Nice one Stampfan !
Your label dates from between 1926, the year the Airline was founded, and 1934 when the name was changed to Northwest Airlines.

Apart from the colouring this is the official company logo. The original had a large part yellow colouring where the black and white are.

My label below is the later one, post 1934.
