Fifia, it's very annoying that USPS choose perforation sizes that end up detracting beauty from a stamp and Blk's etc. Makes the centre top, middle and bottom row of perfs look awful, they DON"T line up. One would expect that sloppiness from Somalia post.

Years ago I was working for BMW, for the start up of the X5 SUV as
the Engineering Change Coordinator for the interior module. My boss, a Bavarian believed when a prospective buyer would open the door to the car, this look inside would make the sale. This guy had an eye
for the smallest errors in the interior. I used to stop before getting on the highway on my way home for a couple of beers just to cool me down standing up at the bar. I took an early retirement.

...and what do you know? For a long time I would be in public a quality person. I would point out everything and nothing if I thought
things were not correct. I was not making many friends. Only now when it comes to safety issues I still say something

Now I did not see these messed up perfs. I agree now seeing them, and if one collects Se-Tenants, it is an eyesore.

...but throwing the whole USPS together in the same pot with Somalia
is a bit strong....I understand, I been there, done that.

Maybe one of our friends has a perfect example of this Se-tenant of
four and we can write this bad example off as an one time "screw up"

Fifia, I thought the design of your Blk of 4 was VERY appealing, and still is, even though the perfs asthetics vary at cross overs.

I have old US stamp sheets from way back - they too suffer a similar condition. One would have thought USPS would have the Printer-Perfers correct line up by now.

One reason why a stamp has different perf sizes Hor' x Vert' eg 13.5 X 14 etc

Se-Tenant or ménage à trois?
Sorry, I was thinking of something else, I am getting confused as I grow old ....

Finches, thanks for your response. You are fine. Printers should take better care, what can I tell you! I live here.

Londonbus1, In your opinion could the word 'Bi-color' have a place in the above Blk of 4 description - disregarding the red 8c?.

One cannot disregard the Red, it's part of the design. So not a Bi-Colour....in my opinion.

Nice Pic fifia.

Looks like the same stamp to me.
So no, not Se-Tenant.

I am not sure if diamond-shaped stamps would count unless in a block.
Tip-to-Tip is not really Se-Tenant, but I'll throw it up for debate and stand corrected.
