I guess people like to knock ebay...but I have to say that since the advent of the internet and stamp selling on it ..i have purchased stamps that I never thought possible and at a fraction of dealer prices...i don't know where the other bidders were but today I won a lot of Italian colonies for 11 dollars and free shipping..a small portion of it is the castellorizo map and flag set of 1923...i had never seen that stamp before anywhere...i won probably $150 dollars worth of stamps that I collect for 11 dollars and somehow avoided a bidding war ..i will post pictures when they arrive !

Nice pickup. That Castellorizo set is rarer than its catalogue value would indicate (at least where I shop).

Don't get me wrong, its no Tyrolean girl, but...
