Hi,

Do you know if this line at top is common?

I have some stamps like that without this line of dots. Cannot be shift because the bottom dots are just at the good place. 2 at left up/bottom right touch frame.

Maybe you know more infos...

Not sure if common Cdnum,
but the two I have, have the dots at the top.

I'll post two,
one with, one with correct registration.
Download both, then place them one after another
in your image viewer and toggle between the images.

What becomes apparent is the horizontal lines in the background
they move up with the dots
explaining that it is a two print pass, with a faltering
registration issue is all.

I am similar to SCF member Cynical...

If I have a stamp, then it adopts the title of "Common"
I don't think I have a stamp worth any more than $10

But I'm cool with that.
