France/French Colonies Imperf "Ceres" 25c Blue- I.d. Help!

For me, the 1849 and 1871 issues have the same plates so it is nearly impossible to distinguish them, appart the perf.

The differences are minor : colours and impression because the plates have been used so the design is less crisp.

The colonial one is difficult to separate from the france. The difference is mainly the colours and the impression.

On the first post, the stamp on the left is a colonial one from REUNION * SAINT-DENIS (very hard to read but I'm pretty sure). I am sure this is a colonial one because of colours, impression and cancel being colonial at 200%.

On the right this is the french one.
