Has any Member a frame re-touch in area shown on their copies of this stamp. There is no post printing/usage damage visible to paper fibres under Magnification

Looks like damaged Plate but I have no specialist info. please.

From the scan, the corner appears creased or folded, causing the ink to 'flake' off.

No known plate variety like this. I too think that the possible fold may have caused the ink to shift.
