A couple of bad perfs (most notably the one on the bottom), but otherwise a nice acquisition.

This is the scan from the auction:

That leaves me with 21 stamps to go (not counting the bazillion variations) in my Canada collection. And the costs are getting higher and higher (thinks of #32).

So two OHMS official issues (O9 and O10)...
11 regular issues numbered less than 14, (and there is no #6).
Numbers 31-33. Of which the #32 I couldn't get my hands on EVEN if I won the lottery.
And then the $1 and higher Jubilee's. Alas, my budget isn't going there in any hurry.

(Edited, as I have a certain blind spot in my memory regarding #32 ).

oh yah, those... Yes Gilles, I totally forgot that lot. No I'm not fortunate enough to have a set.

I just pretend they don't exist. I never remember those three... but unless of course I win a lottery, those won't be appearing any time soon in my collection.

I had a spare #32 kicking around so I used it last week when mailing a cheque to the hydro company. Wish I had known you needed it!

I trust the stamp was part of what you owed them? but these days I'm not sure it would even scratch the utilities costs. I looked at my natural gas bill the other day... $93 bucks, of which $22 was the actual cost of the gas :(

Oh Dave, how I envy. A 20 is one of those that I've coveted for some time. Out of my range, for now at least. Congratulations. Even with those bad perfs, she's a beauty.

Congrats on the addition, Dave. Are you collecting mint or used? If you have a wantlist, feel free to send it to me and I'll see what I have if you are interested. Sadly I can't help much on the Jubilees except up to 50cents :(

Nice addition Dave

That partuicular stamp is a hard one to get in good condition. I have a copy as well but, I too am looking for a better example in the future.
