That blue 2h Mercury on your third scan is an Austrian newspaper stamp 1908 SC#P15.

Should be imperf but apparently exist privately perforated.

Well that's what I get for letting the wife take my stock sheets to work to scan for me she must have lost a stamp from one page and put into the wrong page
So I take it the Austrian stamp was pref privately if so does this effect the value or rarity

My 2003 Scott's doesn't say. Perhaps a later edition elaborates.

According ANK (Austria Netto Katalog) there are
a.) official (`amtlich`) perforations= perf. 12 1/2. Cv x4
b.) private perforations Cv x3
There are 3 paper types, Cv varies. An Austrian collector would tell more.

First one is tricky, but this is the one I`d examine first or ask an expert collector (from 1861 to 1880 can be anything, same design). It seems a 1 Lepta stamp. I won`t be able to identify it,I have only a few early Greek stamps. But a larger scan would be needed for the SCF member able to identify it. Backside too! (controll marks)
