The first one is Scott 32, a revenue stamp overprinted for postal duty (and used as such). If the 4d and Postage are 5mm apart, there is a small premium. [edit: This stamp was cancelled at St. Andrews (Grenville).]
The second is a revenue stamp (and by all appearances, used as such). |

I should clarify, that the 2 shillings was the denomination of the revenue stamp...the 4d is the postal rate. I should also point out for our SG friends that Scott lists these as 1888-1891.
The "d" is also found vertical, instead of slanting to the right, and that stamp ( 4d, not 4d )has a huge premium, so if I ran across one, I would suspect it until proven otherwise. |

The Crown overprint is not shown in Scott but is listed as T10 in SG. The 1st one is Scott 32 or 32a or SG 41 or 41b combining T10 & T16 overprints. The 2nd is not in Scott nor in SG. The T10 was always matched with another overprint. |
