From 2003?
wiki
There are four things each stamp design must include: the stamp's denomination, the words New Zealand, a fern, one of the country's unofficial symbols, and a description of what the stamp depicts. Finally, the Post uses printers from around the world to print the stamps–it does not print them itself.

Note the last New Zealand stamp (Scot piper) No date of issue, No description
A fairly non informative issue.

Reiner Roller Slogan
FastPost Slogan Plate.

No requirement of NZ Post to indicate place of cancellation.
Just "New Zealand Post"

Unknown Postmark.
But fascinating, thought it may be a "Boite Mobile" Pmk, but never seen one with a value before 62 3/10ths cents?
Possibly Napier CDS.

Welcome any ideas...

Rod, are you sure that the fractional value marking does not indicate revenue usage?

Bob,
not sure at all, could be anything, I am open to all suggestions.
I'll look around the NZ blogs, or send it to the NZ Philatelic Soc for ID.

Not seen anything like it anywhere.

Any members with links to general Information on "Accountancy Handstamps" I would be delighted to receive.

Auxilliary markings on New Zealand.
Solved.

Great Britain, Passage markings, Accountancy Handstamp
Looks like Diamond GB / 1F62 4/10c mark.

Here, a Victorian Postage Stamp and cover with a similar marking

Note: Most stamps will be used, and hinged.
This entire collection created by "gifted" or "swapped" stamps.
I do not recall ever buying a NZ stamp.
Some examples will be very poor.

Yes. I've learned to never underestimate the power of the Google. It can take you way beyond your hoped-for destination.
