1850 Baden 5 Kruezer? Need Help To ID

Michel does not list a 5 kruezer as far as I can see Can anyone shed some light on this issue

optical illusion

it is 3 kreuzer stamp, the postmark makes it look like as a 5

You can see the thin line going down from the top flag diagonally to the left that is from the orignal 3
