Looking through a stock sheet with old glassines and a few ss, found these NH beauties, with original purchase prices. Wow these have turned out to be good.

I hope you've got some after-dinner snacks planned for us. Those are great -- I especially like the Scott 517.

Japanese Artists, Scott 180-487, 489

New issue prices .5 ea. = 45 cents for the group -My newest Scott shows these at about $62

Don't know why Grandpa was interested in Japan - there was no album, just a few glassines, a stock sheet with the new issues and a few older ones, and some souvenir and minisheets in mounts.

This was among the last shipments he received before he set down his tongs for good. Little piece of paper said "24" maybe 24 cents? Scott 521c.

This one, Scott 505-508 I have not seen valued as a sheet. Scott '93 did not have it, but went to library tonight to find current Scott lists sheet at $850. A $50 premium for complete sheet above the listing of 4 B of $ @ 160 ea. + 1 strip of 4 @ 160 = $800 and sheet is NH.

No info on the new issue price with this. Looks like staple holes lower left center selvedge. Also at bottom center selvedge, bottom 5 holes are separated.
