Gilles, The Falklands issued these overprints for separate islands in the Falkland group. Others include South Georgia, South Orkneys and South Shetlands. My guess is there is no 'North Graham Land'.

Very nice. I enjoy using my digital microscope. For myself, my son gave me some FDC from Taiwan and a nice small keepsake box with Canadian stamps pasted on the outside. Will have no trouble finding things to fill that up with.

Wert,

Have you tried using your digital microscope, yet? The model I have is a Celestron 44302-A. The software that came with will not install, and the software I downloaded from their website is incomplete. At this time, I've only been able to use built-in windows software to capture images. I'd be interested in knowing if you have any issues.

Brian

Rileysan....Same as my model #

I ran into some what of the same problem...First of all, I do not use Windows, but I use Linux..I do have about 5 operating systems on my laptop and one of them is Windows 7

I installed the program that came with the usb scope on Windows 7 and it keep saying to me "Usb scope not plugged in or another program is using it".

So I downloaded an open source program called "GUVCVIEW", and it recognized my scope right away. I am not sure if it would work on Windows...???

Wert & Rileysan: Anymore updates on how you are doing getting these things to work? Art on his thread seems to have his working. You just know that there are many of us tempted to make such a purchase and saying to ourselves if these guys are having trouble how am I going to do it.

cynical...I have mine working, but then I don't use the same operating system you use....Have you tried Windows web cam program and maybe there is a drop down box that shows a scope once you plug it in...???

Below is a close up of a queen stamp...Excuse the wood table under the perforations, but nice detail...eh..??

I finally got the software to install. The general consensus has been that Celestron makes great products but has terrible software support.

What I had to do is copy the software from the CD to my PC then install it. I still have some unanswered questions about the features, but will do more with it when I get home from vacation.
