I have a what should be a Czechoslovakia P18, 5H blue Newspaper stamp. It is used. However, Scotts has that as an impreforated stamp (as in fact all the rest of my Newspaper stamps are). This is preforated 11 1/2 X 11 1/2. Don't see any listing for that. Any idea is up?
Possibly a privately perforated issue. I have several. Not really sure which issue you refer to, some of us use Gibbons Catalogues. I am assuming this one
Since they were perfed privately this is probably the reason Scott does not mention it in the book. However, I beleive in the specialized Germany, Czechoslovakia books there is a blurb about this. I vaguely remember this because I had a few that were like this and thought I may have had some rare item for my album and scoured the internet and found it pop up. I think even once here on this board before I joined.
