For cutting mounts I have been using this:

Made by X-acto I really liked it because it had a slide out tray from the top and under it was little compartments that I stored my odds and ends of my cuttings as well as my precut mounts and hinges. I think this time though I will go with one made for mount cutting as they tend to have the lovely premade markers and such for mount sizes. I always ended up a little too large or short of my intended cut and I think this was due to my "homemade" marks getting worn or off from the get go...
