A stamp to commemorate a 400 million year old meteor shower?

That's pushing it a bit for me. In 1998 Ukraine released a LOT of stamps. Did they need to go here? They could have just let this one go.

yep a nice looking stamp but commemorating a "400 million year old" event - a "commemorative stamp" too far? - absolutely

I finished my 1998 Ukrainian supplement today came across that one. The number of stamps Ukraine issued in 1998 is so much higher than 1997, that they should have just left this one on the drawing board.
