They feel thick like a postcard or postal stationary. They have bits of writing on the back so I'm ruling out proofs, especially since I can't find them in the Scott's.

If anyone has any info, I'd love to know: what they are, year, any type of Cat #, and rough value (if any)

Thanks!

Kolek=stamp
possibly stamp duties. (revenues)

I don't really know, but perhaps the stiff board format
is for parcel cards or something similar

You'll maybe need someone with the official czech rev catalogue.

I think I may be correct,
depends what is printed on the reverse of your mutilated stationery.

This was a response from Mr. Jay Carrigan
regarding a very similar Hungarian piece

Stamps101, I think that your scans are from cut squares from Czechoslovakian postal cards??

Here is a scan from the Higgins & Gage catalog. What you have is a cut out from a Parcel Post Dispatch Card (With Money Order Atteached).

As you can see the item is nothing more than a formula card (printed form with general usage on which revenue stamps could be affixed) with a imprinted revenue stamp instead.

They do not go on to list the catalog number for this item. I am sure in whatever specialty Czech Postal Stationery Catalog there may be a number would be listed..
