Here is a recent purchase I thought I would share, having a hard time making out the hand writing it seems to start of with I am writing in great pain and suffering
I like that the wax seal is still attached and the riped corner is under the seal

Hopefully she got her money, I have to agree the content is always very interesting but boy can the hand writing be hard to read some times hope fully some one else will fill in the blanks. Thanks for your sharp eye James

I know Bath England has been a spa town since the Romans, the roman baths are still there. I guess it would have been a popular place the doctors would have sent people for health reasons and probably wasn't cheap to stay in the Victorian era.

True. I've got an 1880 Canadian letter. Can't make heads or tails of it.
