I used to use Liberty during my High School and college days. What drove me off them was their annoying habit of reissuing pages that were near the end of the previous years supplement in order to cram on one more stamp from the newer year. Seriously, supplement sets ought to be self contained by year. I believe Scott does this too; could someone confirm this? I went to White Ace since they seemed to understand the concept of a supplement "year". Now I make my own White Ace style pages, since I disliked White Ace's separation of regular issues from commemoratives. And since I make my own, I can add Scott numbers. Note I add them below the box, not within. It never made sense to have the Scott Number hidden once you obtained a copy of a stamp.
