Could anyone give me where this stamp is from? How much does the damage take away from value? If there is any? any feedback welcome.

Espana = Spain. Looks to be either a Scott 316 or 317 (316 is lithographed; 317 is engraved) from 1920-21. In used condition, neither stamp has a value much higher than catalog minimum. With the damage as shown on your copy, it would probably be relegated to being a space filler until a better example could be found.

Keep it to compare with the engraved stamp,
there is quite some difference betwixt the two.
