Just wanted to salute all of you. I have been reading this forum and found a wealth of information....answered many of my questions. I have been an inactive collector for many years but have recently started again motivated by inheriting collections from my father and grand-father. Lots of stamps to go through as I am discovering many gems. I will surely have many questions even though I am a pretty avid reader. Looking forward to exchanging information with all of you
A few years ago I found myself in just your situation - a "collector" in my youth who happened to come into ownership of a few albums of the family. I haven't stopped since and so far have no plans on doing so. Collecting stamps collides perfectly with my interest in history and as such - has unlocked many interesting doors to the past!
