I assume this one is Heligoland #2 by Scott, since it is only one 1 schilling rouletted. I bet this is a reprint. Is there any value for reprints?

Danko: the Heligoland experts seemed to have left for the weekend. Since I have an interest in knowing too (I find reprints confusing)I am giving this a bump.

I am also interested.
I have a 'lump' of Heligoland stamps on my desk right now.

It's heartbreaking.

As both stamps appear to have head Die IIIs, both should be reprints, according to Gibbons.
