Wonderful. I did not realize there were so many varieties.

Great stuff to hunt for.

With that many colors and small shifting which could cause differences in the appearance of the stamp, I am sure that are more "named color shift varieties" to locate.

Nice display bwdavis. Is the accent on "s" a constant variety? If so, what position?

It is a very nice study alright.

You can imagine the varieties to be found when you buy wholesale lots in quantities.

The accent on s looks like a major variety, and it is not in Unitrade - I'd like more info

I collected and labeled these over 25 years ago and have forgotten any information on them. I probably either found these varieties or bought them from a dealer approval package.
These 2 varieties (lookout tower and accent on S) are probably a random speck somehow added during printing at identifiable locations.

Accent on "S"

Fire lookout tower on mountain

NOTE - The color shift causing missing shoreline is listed in the DARNELL E.F.O. catalog
