Hi, can anyone ID the handstamp? am I correct in thinking it is William Dockwra from the 1680s?

It's a very small picture!

This is a postmark from the Government Penny Post after they had taken over Dockwra's post.

It appears to be H over MO in the centre. The "H" stands for the Hermitage office and "MO" for Monday.
