Wow that last pics makes the queen look like she got a good sock in the nose and broke it. Very likely a dirty plate or roller but also very interesting that you have multiples and its only showing on the right hand stamps.
I have many other BK76a booklets and they all show the most larger specks only on the rightmost 2 queens and occasionally on the other 2 queens. Many specks resemble the peak of the 1 and are line up with the 1 also. Probably from excess ink transferred to the gum side and then while still wet onto the next pane of stamps.
Some of the other large speck varieties I have resemble - a weeping queen, running mascara, facial wrinkle, tweetie bird near queens ear, etc.
This series of booklets was notorious for poor printing quality. I bought a fairly large auction lot of them a while back and of the 60 or so complete booklets I think each one was slightly different. I got excited at first, but then realized I could fly-speck forever on the issue. I have kept the major errors, i.e. the worst offenders like the missing 1, the repeating 10's and some of the more dramatic flaws. Most of the rest I used for postage.
All of this said because I don't recall seeing this many different specks on the 10's. I really admire the fly-speckers with the patience to keep at it!
And welcome to SCF, bwdavis. We're richer for having you here.
If one is flyspecking this some more there are small red spots that seem to line up with the 1 in 10 on the rightmost 2 queens. On the fifth booklet one can see the complete peak of the one near the top of the queens hair. Also all booklets show Canada 10 on gum.
Also those repeating specks are impressions from the "da" in Canada repeated.
