Did you ask for it in the support and tesing area of Stamp Community Support. They usually add them within a day or two. Try emailing bobby if that doesn't work.

Hello Bujutsu,

You did it correctly. It's been a week. Sometimes it does take longer.

The picture is making the stamp look close cut, Maybe someone is concerned about that aspect of things? Guessing.
