Hey guys..i am getting some APS circuit books priced with 2009 catalogs and they are pricey....my wife is astonished that all the high priced Ireland and Portugal europa stamps took a huge drop..i guess they were too hot and people unloaded them on the market !!

I had read in a couple of different places that we were going to be shocked at the price increases in the 2009 ctalogs becuase of the depressed value of the dollar. I guess you're the first to see it in real life.

I guess I'll have to buy an '09 Volume 3 just to keep current.
