Hi guys

I though all sheets and blocks of stamps had the perforation continuing to the edge of the paper..,???

At least all my blocks are that way....What's up with this one below..?

This was quite common among US stamps as well.

Hi Wert,

I have some plate blocks from the 60s, with similar perforations.

Unitrate No. 490 is a good example.

No they do not wert.
I have many sheets of English stamps and none of them are perforated to the edge

Some comb and harrow perforations along with Stickney rotary press perforations do not go all of the way to the end of the margins. Line perforations do go all of the way to the end of the margins.
