Here's a well-dressed little snowman that looks as if a dovekie, or small auk, had sat as a model, complete with short bill and small feet. They are very common on St.-Pierre & Miquelon, as well as along the northern Norwegian coast.

This 2008 Austrian computer-vended stamp features children and a snowman. It is a Kluessendorf (German) formatted atamp with two sprocket holes on top and botton. The black dots on the sides simulate perforations, I suppose.
