I would say yes. Looking down at the snowman is a little strange, also.

And if you look at the other snowman stamp from the 2001 pane, it isn't at all like any other Christmas stamps. A black building, for heavens sake?

This November 9, 2009 49c stamp of private courier Post Modern (Dresden, Germany) depicts a snowman advertising for the East Saxony Savings Bank. Sign on the snowman's front says, "holiday fun by saving".
