Could someone please tell me finally about the # 1906 "electric auto" stamps? There are 5 varieties. The last 4 precancels have 4 varieties 11.3, 12.8, 13.4, and 14.1 mm
Does this refer to the distance between the precancel bars OR does this refer to the length of the word "presorted" ?
I am getting mixed answers and I'm confused. If it is the distance between the bars, do you measure from the outside of the first bar to the outside of the 2nd bar, or just the inside measurement?
