Not too surprised I once waited almost 45 days for a letter to clear customs in Kiev. I had mailed it weeks before I traveled and then had to wait for weeks in Kiev while the letter worked its way through the system
I've stopped selling to Russia after having one too many items never get to the buyers. On the other hand, in most cases they've accepted the fact that the item was probably lost in the Russian mail system and have not demanded a refund. Still, it's not worth it to me to have unhappy customers.
