Hey all,

I own two souvenir folders from East Africa. Are there any extra collector value like this, or am I as good off taking them out and put them in my collection.

Hello DFO, and welcome to the forum.
Personally, and I don't collect this area, but I think that this is a nice little set just the way it is. These are not especially valuable stamps (I don't think) though nicely engraved designs, but I think these, in these folders from the Postmaster General, East Africa, would be of more value in situ. It would be pretty easy to collect these on their own for inclusion in your album. But to find them in this original folder would be more difficult, I would think.
Why not leave them as they are (especially nice with the Mombasa 1956 notation on the top of one page) and purchase more examples of these for you general collection?
Just a thought.

Thanks for the reply and thanks for the welcome.
Well I would have said the same the problem is that I paid less then 10 euro for it and if I wanne replace them with others it will cost me around 65-80$ when I look at ebay for a MLH set in same condition. So thats a decision I have to think about.
