Possible for someone with a decent scanner to scan a close up of each ERROR FREE stamp in this group?
My eyes are not so good and all the stamp sites, catalogues etc..images are too small.
I have a number of these blocks but they all have errors and now I'm thinking that my eyes are playing tricks on me..especially Northcote!
Not complaining as it brings value up a bit but were there really that many errors with this issue??
Thanks so much
SG

I didn;t realize that there were so many errors with this stamp. Unitrade says 28 known varieties.I will have to check mine more closely and see what varieties I might have.

I believe that all of these are error-free, based on Unitrade and other sources, although I doubt that any had black colouring perfectly matched to the rest of the images.

What a treat - the 1976 Inland Vessels issue (Canada Scott#700, Canada Scott#701, Canada Scott#702, Canada Scott#703).

For those interested in some sternwheeler history, especially as it relates to the Northcote, check out this book (Prairie Warships: River Navigation in the Northwest Rebellion) at Google Books:

...or this one called Fire Canoes: Steamboats on Great Canadian Rivers
