The CCCP indicates Russian. They are 1927 Air Mail Scott C10 and C11. Nice examples and of some value.

My Scott 2012 Classic shows an improvement over 2009

C10 $25.00 Unused $10.00 Used
C11 $30.00 Unused $15.00 Used

Not too bad for "loose stamps". I wish I had a few of those.

hey partime - thanks for the updated value information - they are in MH condition - hopefully I will find some more "loose" stamps like these as I go through things - funny thing is the stamps are not really in any of my collecting interests and I cant remember where I got them from

Sure would be a great acquisition for a airmail collector. The design with the map in the background is awesome.

What's funny is that after I looked it up in Scott's and put it away, I discovered that I also have those two stamps in my collection. They do look pretty nice.

Good luck on finding more, "Now what is this stamp doing here?" items.
