These types of misperfs are usually just printer's waste that found their way out of the printing plant, with no inherent premium value except for what an EFO (errors, freaks, and oddities) collector might offer.
Your Shagbark Hickory stamps are valued at a minimum of $9.95 each and possible much, much more, depending on numbers produced and found. Go to the Saskatoon Stamp Centre website saskatoonstamps.com and select #1-Country = CANADA (on left side of screen), then #3-Stamp Type = perforation shifts, then press the "Find it!" button above #1. You will see hundreds of Canadian perf shifted stamps and get a better idea of price. You may want to contact them to see what they would buy them from you for.
I did go to Saskatoon Stamp Centre and they had the 71 C stamp liested at 79$ for a single copy. They did offer to buy some at 30$ but I am not ready to sell yet.
