PS Catalogs are in Serbian language and have only commemorative stamps.

On third link is private issue catalog of postage due stamps witch is also free to download. Although this catalog are free to download and for personal use, every commercial use of them is forbidden.

thanks for the links. I already downloaded the Milanovic catalog, but I hadn't seen the files from PTT Serbia, yet.

Your welcome kuhli. There is new Catalog of serbian/yugoslavian stamps all from 1866 to 2011 but its 40 euros in shop.

To avoid any confusion: the Milanovic catalogue lists 'charity' stamps, both official obligatory tax stamps and unofficial but government approved labels for similar causes, particularly Tuberculosis. It does NOT list Postage Dues other than the special postage dues for failure to affix an obligatory tax stamp.
