I am hoping to get some idea of the overprints of these two stamps. what they are ? I am not finding anything in my catalog. I believe these stamps are part of the independence issue of 1910.

In the Scott catalog:

top = Mexico #578(1916)
bottom = Mexico #423(1914)

The first stamp: "G.P. de M." - Gobierno Provisional de Mexico (Mexican Provisional Government)
