What is the difference between O14 and O35? O15 and O36? O16 and O37?Am I missing something obvious that I should be noticing? Thanks in advance for any help offered.

I suppose you're using Scott numbers, but they seem to work as well in Gibbons. Gibbons notes that on the two SERVICE overprints:
"Apart from a slight difference in size, Types O2 [1948] and O3 [1953] can easily be distinguished by the difference in the shape of the 'C'."
